Housekeeper Hebrides was developed by Elly after years of running her own holiday cottage and realising how vital, and hard to find, a good reliable cleaner is.  Our standards are exacting and thats why we don't take on every property that comes our way.  We aim to pair up with owners for the long haul by consistently offering a high quality service for a select portfolio of properties.  The priority is to ensure that your guests have a first class experience at the homes we look after on  the islands of Harris and Lewis.

Housekeeper Hebrides operates on a bespoke annual management package basis.  This includes guaranteed changeovers, weekly winter property checks, mail forwarding, organising deliveries and much more.  The aim is to guarantee peace of mind, particularly for those who do not live on the islands of Lewis or Harris,

The Housekeeper Hebnrides team is made uop fo a savvy bunch and we can usually problem solve the minor things during changeovers.  But when it is a bigger job, Housekeeper Hebrides has its own personal handyman and good expert builder contacts.

Helping owners and guests to get the very best out of their Hebridean holiday. Housekeeper Hebrides can help facilitate excursions around the islands of Lewis and Harris - from guided fly fishing days to surfing and paddle boarding to guided tours and gaelic language lessons offered by some of the island's best characters.  We can also arrange for services to be provided "in house"  - from babysitting and taxi services to a personal chef for the night.  You let us know what you'd like and if we can help make it happen, we will.

Elly and Andy come from backgrounds that lend themselves to all aspects of the Housekeeper Hebrides experience.  They are both "people" people with backgrounds in outdoor adventure activities and business management (Andy), writing and television (Elly), and accommodation and tourism services (both). As such, they can help with all sorts of questions and time consuming form filling and processes facing those who are just setting up their holiday accommodation businesses.
